As of July 2009 the house is available for annual rental. The rate is $1,500.00 a month. If you are interested please contact J.Chris Holt at 813-299-4427.

This beautiful waterfront home sits on a quite canal on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s on a quite street about 10 houses from the end of a cul-de-sac in Gulf Harbors, a residential community of boating enthusiasts.
The view out the back of the house is gorgeous. The canal is very wide and is frequented by a variety of fish. Sit on your own private dock and watch the porpoises round up schools of fish for a feast. There is space on the dock to tie up a 36 foot boat. If you are interested in using the 16,000 lb boat lift which can handle a 30 foot boat, please inquire ahead of time as there is an additional fee required. Bring your own boat or rent from one of the many boat rental companies near by.
The fireplace in the Florida room is a great place to warm your toes on a cool
winter night. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full
bathrooms and a 2-car garage.
During your stay, you
will have access to the community’s private beach, which is a 15-minute walk.
It’s a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying a cocktail and a cookout.
There are bathroom facilities, outdoor grills and shelters to enhance your
comfort. The beach and its facilities are always well kept. From the beach you
can see an island about 3 miles out in the Gulf named Anclote Key. It is
accessible by boat only. If you are feeling adventurous, you can cruise out and
spend the night under the stars and explore an old lighthouse.
Tarpon Springs is a 10-minute drive south on Route 19 where you can visit the famous sponge docks and dine at one of the many fine restaurants. Clearwater is an additional 15 minutes south on Route 19 and has even more beach activities. If you enjoy shopping, you could drive to one of Tampa’s shopping malls, like International Mall right next to TIA or Citrus Park Mall. St. Petersburg, which is about a 35-minute drive, also has many beaches, parks and museums. Bush Gardens in Tampa is only about 30 minutes away. If you’re interested in Disney World during your stay, it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the drive - if you avoid rush hour.
